Originally from Nassau, The Bahamas, Meshach combines experience as a competitive swimmer and coach for NCAA and professional athletes, with a broad educational background including a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and a Master's degree in Sports Physiology and Performance Coaching.

His approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and high-performance training, helping athletes and active adults build lasting strength, resilience, and confidence while reaching their full potential.

Physical therapy gets you back to functional. Strength coaching gets you to performing. Most practitioners do one or the other, Surge Performance does both, from a single, integrated perspective that considers your injury history, movement patterns, and long-term athletic goals simultaneously.

If you've finished PT and still don't feel like yourself athletically, you're not done. You're in the gap. Surge is built for that exact space.

“Performance and rehabilitation aren't separate, they're part of the same journey.”

Train like the athlete you are.
